"Toni d 'Giuspin", nee Cavalier Antonio Viberti, born in 1896, is the founder of the winery Giovanni Viberti, marked by the purchase, in Vergne di Barolo, of an inn with an adjoining farm and farms producing wine for the trattoria. Since then the link between the Viberti family and the land of Barolo and its precious red wines has not been broken. Even when Antonio's place was taken by Giovanni.
Today to mark the third generation step is Claudio, who, together with a young and motivated team, coordinates the daily work. The winery has over time strengthened and specialized with a winery that knows how to capture all the wealth of the grapes produced in small historic areas, such as the Bricco delle Viole, San Pietro, La Volta and Bricco Airoli. Today as then, there is the same respect for the territory and its traditions, but there is the desire to grow towards increasingly coveted goals.

Wines

The wines, today as then, are those of the family cellars, signed by Giovanni Viberti and offered in an exclusive card. The choice of the vintages is very wide, a range that goes from the most recent years up to the years 60 and 70, giving way through a dinner to retrace the history and the evolution of the family. But not only Viberti, also other producers have space in our paper, little gems that we love and that we serve both the glass and in the bottle. Thanks to Coravin then, we have the opportunity to serve at the glass or tasting fine wines at the right price.
